Dear Parent / Guardian,
St. Columbkille’s Primary School – Class4Kids Programme
Active Schools are moving to an exciting new way to help you book your child’s place on extra-curricular clubs.
We’ve partnered with Class4Kids to provide you with an easy to use, modern and secure online booking system. This new booking system will allow us to focus on making our classes the best they can be.
What is Class4Kids?
Class4Kids is a fantastic online booking system designed purposely for school and community clubs – and is used by over 300,000 parents each year.
Using this new system, you only need to insert you and your child’s details once and they’ll be stored for all future bookings. You can book anywhere, anytime on any device, when it’s convenient for you.
How do I book?
As schools clubs are often very popular, we are asking parents to firstly declare an interest in their child attending, by provisionally ordering a place on the club(s) of their choice.
To do this, simply type this address into the address bar at the top of your web browser:
Once you find your class, select info and booking and follow the steps to create a Class4Kids account – if you don’t already have one!
You’ll automatically be taken straight through to complete your order.
Details of what each club offers – including which age group it is for – can be found on the booking page. A copy of the current schedule can be found, attached.
The deadline for booking a place on this term’s programme is Wednesday 24th April.
When will I get confirmation of a place?
Every effort will be made to provide a place on a club for pupils who wish to attend. However, with limited capacity in each session, it is important to ensure that access is fair and allows each child the opportunity to try an activity.
Confirmation of places will be given by Friday 26th April, at the latest.

About Active Schools
Active Schools is a SportScotland led programme designed to encourage children and young people to get active and stay active.
SLLC Sports Development work closely with National Governing Bodies for sport as well as local sports clubs to give young people a ‘pathway’ to continue their participation in sport throughout their life.
The Active Schools team in South Lanarkshire aim to provide more and higher quality opportunities to participate in sport within schools and strengthen partnerships with clubs and other community organisations to support ‘pathways’ for pupils to continue their participation in sport out with school.
If you have any questions, or require support – please contact Paul Wright by email or telephone, as below.
